PSA members are invited to learn about innovative and emerging technology on and off campus with the Technology Committee. See below for examples of past experiences.
2020 Fieldtrip
On October 29, 2020 PSA members were invited to attend a virtual simulation with Emotional Intelligence Institute, Inc. (EII). Dr. Robert Hayes volunteered to face off with one of several EII avatars for a crucial conversation.
EII offers a way for employees, employers, and students to have difficult, crucial, and sometimes emotional, conversations without the fear of defeat, embarrassment, rejection, or failure. The simulation was extremely successful and EII has offered additional demonstrations if you or your department may be interested. 2019 Fieldtrip
On April 17, 2019 PSA members visited The Cube to learn about cutting edge technologies in 3D printing. The College of Engineering is creating opportunities for UA students’ experiential learning as well as fostering collaboration with the community.
